The basics of colour and form build the foundations of the perception we have between ourselves and the objects moving around us. Any minor adjustments to these factors can drastically change this experience.
My present studio practice has been built over the past two years with the aim of creating work that exploits the senses. Sculpting primarily from wax, the relationship between the artificial and the organic aim to work in fusion with abstract forms, insinuating to the bodily experience where our subjectivity is in participation to the balance in a world that exhibits both.

Gazing upon the sculpture from all angles assessing its contortions and remarks, an individual is confronted with the relation they have with each sculpture.

The traditional presentation of abstract sculpture is opposed by the merge of conflicting and incoherent colours, raised to eye-level enforcing a confrontational collaboration of colour and a curiosity of how these sculptures came to be.
